Reservation & Identity
Please ensure that the person who made the reservation is the person who attends. Please refrain from coming on behalf of another person or transferring your reservation to avoid issues at check-in.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
- If you have extensive allergies or multiple dietary restrictions, we may need to decline your reservation. Please note that cancellation fees will apply.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate gluten allergies or celiac disease.
- Reservations may also be declined if dietary restrictions exclude essential ingredients such as miso.
- Cooking sake is used throughout the menu. If you cannot consume alcohol, even when the alcohol has been cooked off, we are unable to accommodate your reservation.
- Please note that we cannot accept reservations if you cannot eat raw fish.
- By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Fragrance
Sushi is a delicate cuisine, and as counter seating is communal, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing excessive perfume or cologne. In some cases, entry may be denied. Please be sure to inform your accompanying guests as well.
Dress Code
Smart Casual: We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing casual attire such as baseball caps, short-sleeved shirts, shorts, tank tops, sandals, or flip-flops.
Arrival Time
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation time.
- Guests may enter the restaurant up to 15 minutes prior to their reservation.
- The preparation process begins at your reserved time, so we encourage you to arrive early.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Mobile Phones
Please set your mobile phone to silent mode while inside the restaurant and refrain from taking calls.

Please note that the owner may refuse entry at their discretion.

Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible Omakase experience, we meticulously select ingredients based on our reservations. As our preparations are highly specialized, we require a credit card to confirm your booking.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the reservation date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the price of the omakase dinner.

Vouchers
Gift an unforgettable Omakase experience
- Vouchers must be purchased for a minimum value equivalent to one dinner experience.
- All vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers may only be redeemed through a prior reservation.
- Guests must inform the restaurant at the time of booking that they will be using a voucher.
- Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the voucher not being accepted by the restaurant.
Vouchers are exclusively available for purchase in person at the restaurant.
